Interim General Manager

​

We are looking for an experienced Interim General Manager to provide day-to-day operational leadership and management of Slough Refugee Support during a period of interim leadership arrangements.

​

Location: Slough, with some flexibility for hybrid working
Contract: 4-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension
Hours: 27 hours per week
Salary: £37,028.57 per annum (based on an FTE salary of £48,000)

​

The Interim General Manager will take responsibility for the effective day-to-day running of the organisation, providing clear and supportive management to our staff team and ensuring that our services and funded projects continue to be delivered effectively.

​

The postholder will have delegated responsibility for operational management, including supporting and managing staff, overseeing service delivery, addressing operational issues and ensuring that organisational risks are identified and escalated appropriately.

​

We are looking for an experienced and confident manager who can quickly understand our organisation, provide stability and direction, and work effectively with staff, trustees and external advisers.
