At Ebury Business Centre in Hounslow IAS offer:
- Telephone advice: Please ring them on 020 8607 6570 from Monday to Wednesday, 10.00 am through to 12.45pm.
- Walk in advice: Monday to Friday, 09:30 through to 16:30pm. Please take satisfactory evidence of means so that they can work out whether you qualify for free advice. Please also take a friend if you are unable to speak English.
- Appointments: If you can't go and see them during the above times, please ring to make an appointment. They'll be happy to help.
- Advice by fax: Please write a brief description of your problem, providing your name and contact telephone number and fax it to them on 020 8577 0090. They will make every effort to ensure that one of their advisors responds to your fax within 10 working days.

SIAU can help and advise on most aspects of immigration, refugee and nationality law, including :
- Sponsoring a visitor to the UK
- Sponsoring a husband, wife, fiancé or fiancée or other family member coming to live in the UK
- Applying to study in the UK
- Applying for working holidays in the UK
- Applications under European law
- Applying for asylum in the UK
- For those granted refugee status, advice and representation on obtaining travel documents and making applications for family re-unification
- Applying for Certificates of approval for marriage
- Representation at asylum appeals
- Representation at immigration appeals
- Applying for British nationality
They do not advise on:
- Work permit applications
- Business applications
- Highly skilled Migrant Programme
- Investors
The Refugee Legal Centre
The Refugee Legal Centre is based in Central London with regional offices. The nearest one to Slough is in Hounslow, which is open Monday - Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
