We help those with permission to work into jobs, training and work experience. Our activities include

- help with identifying aspirations
- help with finding opportunities for progress
- help with identifying funding for study
- one-to-one mentoring
- liaison with employers
- liaison with JobCentre Plus
We provide a place to share hopes and dreams, as well as disappointments and difficulties. For those without permission to work, we are able to advise on making good use of the time available, including volunteer work and training.
